I Have Been Sick For About Two Years Now. I

I have been sick for about two years now. I am not sure what it could be. I tried to get my primary care doctor to help me, but she simply has too many patience to take the time to listen. Now, i no longer have health insurance because my husband left me and quit his job. I have hypothyroid disorder. I also have type two diabetes. I was on metformin and synthroid. I have had several blood clots in my life, and was also taking coumadin. I have no medication now for over two months. I have had uterine cancer in my early twenties. I had a partial hysterectomy to get rid of the cancer. I also had leukemia when i was a very young child. I had spine surgery about nine years ago because I broke my lower back when my husband beat me up and threw me down the stairs. I have had severe pain in my spine ever since. I have sciatica now too. And, I have neuropathy in my hands, arms, feet and lower legs. Just before I lost my health insurance, my pcp told me i have pseudomeningicies. She told me to see a neurologist. I wasn't able to go due to lack of insurance. I was prescribed norco, ten per day, and fentanyl patches. I wore each patch for 72 hours. The patch was 75 micrograms. I had been on these pain medications since the spine surgery. I have been out of them now for over two months. I am in constant SEVERE pain. If it weren't for my five (adopted) children, i think i might have committed suicide because of this pain. Also, I had two full term pregnancies both delivered by cesarean section. My first at age 16, my second at age 18. I have been married to the same man all these years. Now we are separated. I dont smoke or drink. I am 54 and weigh about 100 lbs. Oh, i also had my gallbladder out in 2002. What's been going on started a couple of years ago. Out of nowhere, one evening i started feeling dizzy. I kept stumbling and that evening i think i fell down three times. When i got up the following morning, my balance was completely off. My gait was and still is very off balance. I use a walker and sometimes a cane. I have no energy at all. I also started to get very gassy. Now my stools are just mucus. I get frequent urinary tract infections. The neuropathy pain and my entire spine now is unbearable! I can no longer control my bowels, and i use diapers. My bladder is weakening, i fear i am going to loose control of this next. I have a rash over several areas on my body. A purple blistery burning rash. The rash started about one month ago. The pain is intense to say the least. Does any of the doctors know what this might be? I also get headaches all of the time. I keep loosing weight as well. Now my appetite is gone. I am sure i am dehydrated with this constant diarrhea. It smells extremely bad. The pain is much worse at night. But now it just never goes away. On top of all of that, my fingertips are thickening and so are my toes. And the nails look like they have ridges and are coated with maybe keratin.
