I Have Been Sick For Almost A Month Now. A

I have been sick for almost a month now. A cough, then sinus stuff which in between I was severely wiped down in pain and weakness by storms. I have polyarthritis with lupus and the arthritis is in every joint in my body. Plus fibro and osteo in feet and ankles. So I'm here 37 years old need to get well. My family losing their minds.I lost my voice from coughing fever for days weak, faint, cough like full of thickness And I choke can't catch my breath can't swallow. I hurt everywhere I have to take care of my family please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
