I Have Been Sick Lately, And My Eyes Will Go

I have been sick lately, and my eyes will go from dilated to normal and back again. They are responsive to light, but the left eye is slightly more dilated than the right. Could this be from histamine or meningitis? I keep getting and breaking fevers and my heart rate has been about 86 BPM. I've been sick for one month off and on. I have a slight headache and nausea. I have also been tired, but have trouble falling asleep.
