I Have Been Sick On And Off For Several Weeks,

I have been sick on and off for several weeks, from head cold to cough to sore throat. I have recently developed some severely swollen lymph nodes. There has been no white spots or typical strep indicators, but I have noticed a couple small fleshy colored bumps in my throat. Pain is moderate and isolated to certain spots, not just a widespread ache. I had mono years ago, and thought that you couldn't get it again. Any help would be much appreciated.
