I Have Been Sick With Either Sinus Or Allergies For

I have been sick with either sinus or allergies for the past week. Started with drainage in the throat and coughing. Mild fever and eat aches. Then resorted to coughing and runny nose and horrible headache when I coughed only. Now I'm feeling a little better but my throat is swollen and the back of my tounge hurts. It hurts to lift my head and open my mouth. Should I see a dr for this ?
