I Have Been Sick With Sinus Infection And Ear Infection

I have been sick with sinus infection and ear infection for a month. I now have thrush. It is so painful I can't believe it's just yeast. I can hardly eat or sleep. At night I cough badly. I really thought I had strept throat but the ENT I went to said it was thrush however he did not do any test. Should I go to my regular doc and get a test? I am worn out from being sick so long. I also have diabetes, fibro an RA. Thank you"
