I Have Been Sick With Sore Throat Chills ,white Tongue

I have been sick with sore throat chills ,white tongue , sweats Migraine , body aches , hurts to close fingers or move wrist since Fri morning . Started vomiting last pm . Exposed to strep Thru my daughter and grandkids this past week . They tested positive .Sat
, my on call dr gave my z-pack yesterday at 3:00 pm I am not feeling any better I thought after 24 hours I should be ? ,
