I Have Been Sick With What I Thought Was A

I have been sick with what I thought was a chest cold for a couple of weeks. Dr sent me for chest xray. It came back with possible mass in right hilar region. I have no symptoms, no bad cough and feel ok. I am on antibiotics and they seem to be helping. Can pneumonia be in the hilar region? I feel something in my chest but it feels like regular congestion. I am worried sick that it could be cancer. I am 51 and gave never smoked.
