I Have Been Smoking Meth On And Off For A

I have been smoking meth on and off for a few years and I have noticed that on occasion I have uncontrollable burping that I can't stop.
I feel the burp rumbling and it just comes up as a deep long burp that seems like it will never stop.
Is this caused by what they cut the meth with at all as its only something that happens sometimes
