I Have Been Spotting For 8 Days With No Sign

I have been spotting for 8 days with no sign of period. I am on CD39 today and the spotting only occurs after bowel movement. I have no other signs of pregnancy and hpt turned out negative on CD34. I was placed on 100mg clomid for this cycle as well. Do I need to be concerned? I previously miscarried at 18wks, last year.
