I Have Been Struggling With SIBO And Recently Diagnosed After

I have been struggling with SIBO and recently diagnosed after 5 months of difficulty. I had taken a lot of antibiotics,am missing a gallbladder, and am on immune suppressant Medes due to kidney transplant.Am seeking dietary advice and other recommendations. Lost 18 lbs and feel weak and tired. Tests do reveal poor absorption of necessary vitamins and minerals(labs).
