I Have Been Struggling With A Bad Back For About

I have been struggling with a bad back for about 4 weeks now but I have also now started with a strange feeling in my vagina. I keep going to urinate very often and feel as if I want to keep going to the toilet. My urine is clear and doesn't smell strong nor do I have any pain in my stomach
