I Have Been Struggling With Stomach Pain On And Off

I have been struggling with stomach pain on and off since late October . More on than off. I seem to have symptoms of celiac, diverticulitis and even ulcers . Should I fast to find out which foods are causing this distressed? I'm not sure if fasting will only make things worse. Thank you for your attention
