I Have Been Suffering Chronic Left Sided Pelvic Pain For

I have been suffering chronic left sided pelvic pain for 2 years. Finally had an MRI which shows I have a 3mm subendometrial cyst in the lower uterine segment. Left ovary is enlarged with a simple cyst and cysts on the right ovary as well. They also mention adenomyosis, This has been an ongoing issue. Can I have the cysts taken out? I've been on a few birth control pills as well as irregular periods/heavy bleeding, no bleeding, horrible cramping/pelvic pain back pain etc.... for well over 2 years. I just kind of want to know before I see my doctor.
