I Have Been Suffering From A Kind Of Skin Infection

I have been suffering from a kind of skin infection initially started around the insides of upper thigh nearly 46 years ago. This was diagnosed under the generic name pruritus. There was relief till the time of treatment. When it stopped it used to recur again. I managed it like this all these years. Slowly the infection spread to groin and crotch areas and later under armpits. Now it is diagnosed under erythrasma and so far not found to be effective. The itching, burning and stinging sensation continues. What is the remedy?
