I Have Been Suffering From A Rash That Has Developed

I have been suffering from a rash that has developed on my scalp, neck and around my ears. I had a problem with lice afew months ago and we did the treatment on all of us, did all the house, bagged all the toys and did a thorough cleaning. my head itcjes so bad and I can feel the rash on top. there is also a rash around my ears and my neck.
