I Have Been Suffering From Bouts Of Diarrhea And Explosive

I have been suffering from bouts of diarrhea and explosive gas since paraesophageal hernia repair surgery, Jan. 2013, had a colonoscopy, Saw surgeon this past January nothing, Gallbladder had sludge Jan. 2013, but surgeon wouldn't remove it at same time as paraesophageal surgery, due to high risk of infection. Had gallbladder test and biliary scan done this past Dec. 2014. Said gallbladder is ok no sludge. Still having recurring diarrhea and sometimes vomiting. All the time have severe Pain due to seronegative RA and Seronegative Spondylarthropathy. Taking Otrexup injections and is helping with pain. But plan go to Disney with family in October and afraid because need help with this foul smelling explosive diarrhea and gas. Please can you help. Do I have malabsorption Also anemic taking iron pills for some time and still mildly anemic.
