I Have Been Suffering From "cedar Fever"( Common To Central

I have been suffering from "cedar fever"( common to central tX) for the first time. It began about 11-12 days ago. During this period I am coughing up a lot of phlegm, mucous coming from post nasal--using at least 60 Kleenex tissues daily. Headache stage seems to have passed. Used neti pot a couple of days at first, now I am using nasal saline solution 2-3X day. Concern now is a slight heavy feeling in my chest, but don't have other symptoms of pneumonia and have had no fever. Female - 79 yrs.
