I Have Been Suffering From Chronic Fatigue. I Have One

I have been suffering from chronic fatigue. I have one ankle that is swollen all the time,(only one), I have a very red chest- Looks like a sunburn but is not, often have headaches, and a cough that will not go away. I have gained about 25 lbs this year and am having a very hard time getting motived to do anything. This is uncommon for me as I am typically a very motivated person. I am not sure where to start with this. Any suggestions would be helpful.
