I Have Been Suffering From Congestion And After Days Of

I have been suffering from congestion and after days of blowing my nose and having continual drainage my ears have been fine. Tonight however, I blew my nose and my ear made a horrible popping nose followed by sudden pain. The pain has yet to go away. What can I do to reduce the pain or fix the problem other than over the counter pain meds?
