I Have Been Suffering From Herpes Virus From Last 15

I have been suffering from herpes virus from last 15 days, in first 10 days i have been given 3 tablets of valcivir/day. from 11th day i have been given 2 capsules of nervijen-P. The infected portion on my face is almost dried. But i have severe pain in my right half of my brain, inside right side ear, on the same side of mouth and some part of neck. I feel this pain in nerves. I have throat infection only on right side. This all started with pain in ear of right side. Please advice on the treatment of the same. Affected portion on right side of face has left dark brown / black spot. Please also advice on how to remove these dark brown/black spot.
