I Have Been Suffering From Major Depressive Disorder For Almost

I have been suffering from major depressive disorder for almost 8 yrs following car accident. I have been on Avanza Lamotrigine Pristiq serequel I weened myself off all but Serequel, but I can't go to sleep without serequel. I started taking natures own advanced sleep but if I take them & no serequel I can't sleep. I am under an enormous amount of stress as my husband had a stroke & my son is in court seeking full custody of his infant child. When I wake in morning I immediately start thinking about all the stuff going on in my life & I can't make the thoughts go away till I get up & the anxiety decreases somewhat. What Benzodiazepines could I take as they say you can take them as needed?
