I Have Been Suffering From Myofacial Pain For Several Years

I have been suffering from myofacial pain for several years now. Doctors are either unsure of what is wrong or just tell me I need to go see a different specialist. I have exhausted all options and have an appointment with a rheumatologist tomorrow in the meantime. Is there any other specialist I should be trying to see or a medication in particular that may help with the sever muscle spasms, pain and migraines?
