I Have Been Suffering From Pains At The Bottom Of

I have been suffering from pains at the bottom of both feet, which extend into the toe next to my big toe, over the last couple of days the affected toe on my left foot has become distorted and very painful, Could you let me know what sort of treatment this requires? Regards John.
