I Have Been Suffering From Pins And Needles In My

I have been suffering from pins and needles in my hands for about 2 years, recently I felt pressure in my arm and leg which left me with numbness. I went to hospital where I had a brain CT scan which revealed 2 calcific foci ( 7mm and 2mm). I have cataracts in both eyes , and I was told was likely to be caused by brain trauma as I am 49 years old.
Can all of these symptoms be connected?
