I Have Been Suffering From Right Side Of Severe Buttock

I have been suffering from right side of severe buttock pain for last four days. I am unable to move & specially can't raise from bed. I have taken diclofenac sodium,paracetamol& Serratiopeptidase(ENZOFLAM Tablet) for relief with other vitamin tablets as per Doctor's advise and also applying locally Volini, Brugel, a flurbiprofen Gel.
