I Have Been Suffering From Seasonal Allergies For Over A

I have been suffering from seasonal allergies for over a month... lately have been taking Reactine daily and Patonol eye drops... it's not helping. AND I JUST now saw that I have a "Jelly Sack" in the outer portion of my right eye and when I move my eye to look to the right, it covers a portion of my iris... should I go to the Walk In clinic or will this dissipate on its own, do you think?
