I Have Been Suffering Prickly Itchy Arms For The Last

I have been suffering prickly itchy arms for the last 2 years. I have been using various creams suggested by the chemist and doctor, but nothing is working. My doctor has also taken me off my cholesterol tablets, thinking I may be allergic to them. I am getting desperate, can you please suggest anything. Thankyou.
