I Have Been Suffering With A Constant Pain In My

I have been suffering with a constant pain in my left abdomen, it first started more in my side and back and now it is in the front right under my ribcage, it is very tender to the touch. I have had blood work, xrays and cat scan checking for kidney stones I have had ultrasound on my left breast and under left arm as I have had breast cancer on right breast. Pain right now is confined to upper abdomen under my rib cage but some days it was traveling right across both sides and back.
Would you have any clues, no one seems to know what is going on?
