I Have Been Suffering With High Blood Pressure For Some

I have been suffering with high blood pressure for some time. I have taken Noten, Idapres and currently taking Perindopril/indapamide 4/1.25. I suffer with a cough that won’t go away. I am now feeling extremely tired, and also feels dizzy at times. I have extreme sweeting and at times when passing urine it feels like hot water. Could I be experiencing side effects from mediation or could I have an illness? I also take Voltarin for back problems. Can you make some suggestions?
