I Have Been Swimming Regularly Prior To Coming On Holiday

I have been swimming regularly prior to coming on holiday this week. I have a swollen ear canal which had green pus inside. I have amoxicilin and ear drops from a pharmacist and I am taking ibuprofen. It has been two days now. The pain is very bad and I am worrying about flying home in 5 days time. Is there anything I can do more.
