I Have Been Switched From Oxymorphone ER 40mg Three Times

I have been switched from Oxymorphone ER 40mg three times a day and Oxymorphone 10 mg 3 times a day to Xtampza ER 36mg 3 times a day and Oxycodone 20mg 3 times a day. The change began yesterday. I am experiencing a lot more pain. Is this what I should expect?
