I Have Been Taken Percocets For Pain For At Least

I have been taken percocets for pain for at least 1 year on friday I went to a doctor for suboxone. He gave me 6mg inthe office while starting to go through withdrawal. I was fine for about 2 hours then I thought I was overdosing from the meds. had chills shivers couldnt function thought I was going to die. After not sleeping until saturaday night midnight from being up from friday 6am. I woke up this morning fine, no withdrawals and I havent taken suboxone since the office visit. Why???? Shouldnt I have needed to take it again saturaday morning. The doctor told me to take 8mg saturaday morning. What happened and why??????
