I Have Been Taking 0.5mg Of Ativan Once Daily For

I have been taking 0.5mg of Ativan once daily for about two weeks...I don't like the way it makes me feel so I want to taper off...if I don't take it I start to go through withdraws....it seems I am very sensitive to meds. I started by cutting it in half as of today....how long do u recommend I stay with .25 mg before I can be done with it completely? My email is YYYY@YYYY .
