I Have Been Taking 1 - 20mg Cap. Of Omeprazole

I have been taking 1 - 20mg cap. of Omeprazole every day for several years. I am feeling a tight feeling around my feet and ankles, sort of a numbness. Now I get a little of the same feeling on my forehead and above the ears. It doesn't effect my eating or work except I am more apt to trip and may lose my balance. I have been tested to be low in vitamin B 12 . can this be a result of long term use this medicine?
