I Have Been Taking 15 Mg Of Lanzaprazole For About

I have been taking 15 mg of lanzaprazole for about 20 years but after hearing bad news about affecting your kidneys, I would like to quit. My chiropractor reccommended an mix of essential oil called Digize. The bottle did not mention it, but after some research, it says to stay out of sun for 12 hours. Is this when applied topically or by other methods like diffusion or ingesting? Also, what are your thoughts on this product?
