I Have Been Taking 150 Mg Of Wellbutrin Since Sept

I have been taking 150 mg of Wellbutrin since Sept of 2014. It was subscribed to help with ADD because I can no longer take Strattera. It does help my mood, but to the extent that I feel numb. When I should react with emotion or compassion, I don't. I have also developed severe ringing in my ears. I did have thr ringing occasionally before Wellbutrin, but it is worse in the last few months. Is there something more natural like Samee or St. John's that would help the ADD with these side effects?
