I Have Been Taking 2 Kinds Of Anti Biotics Since

I have been taking 2 kinds of Anti biotics since may 2014 to treat my lyme disease. Now i have a terible painf in my lower left quadrant of my stomach, I thought it may be ovulation but is is far worse than ever and not subsiding. Could this be an ulcer? I am almost 46 years old.
