I Have Been Taking 20 Mg Xeralto/daily For 2 Years,

I have been taking 20 mg xeralto/daily for 2 years, had an afib ablation done 5 months ago and am now in sinus most of the time. The only other med I take once a day is 25 mg of Toprol XL. I am almost 60 yrs old and have never had a colonoscopy. I want to schedule one soon but don't know the timing for discontinuing and restarting the Xeralto. I am 5'4" tall and weigh about 123 lbs with no other health issues. Why do you recommend?
