I Have Been Taking 25/100 Sinemet (2 Tabs 3 Times

I have been taking 25/100 sinemet (2 tabs 3 times a day) for about 3 years. Lately I seem to feel "off" before it is time for a dose. When I feel like this my movement is slower and I feel lethargic and generally sort of hung-over like.

Do you think I could take another tablet before regularly scheduled dose time?
