I Have Been Taking 25 Mgs. Of Hydroxyzine (Atarax) And

I have been taking 25 mgs. of Hydroxyzine (Atarax) and 7.5 mgs of Mirtazapine (Remeron) at bedtime for sleep for a long time (originally prescribed by a psychiatrist). I also take Sertraline (Zoloft) 50 mgs. a day. I just recently developed some sort of pollen allergy (I think that's what it must be) and I am miserable. Just bought Flonase Sensimist and took one dose of it. I am a little concerned because I have cataracts that I will need to have taken care of (that's one issue they mention on the label). Also I am wondering if there is a problem with the Atarax. I also bought some Benadryl as I haven't been able to sleep due to itchy throat (from the allergy). Thinking of taking it later. Is any of this a bad idea?
