I Have Been Taking 5mg Of Ramapril For About 6

I have been taking 5mg of ramapril for about 6 years but over the last year I have been constantly itching and they have put it down to the ramapril, I stopped taking this Friday last week, the itching is calming down but it is still persistent, how long does it take for the tablet to be out of the system
