I Have Been Taking 75ml Of Bupropion For The Past

I have been taking 75ml of Bupropion for the past 3 weeks. I have been on this medication before and it wor
ked well but I do not feel that it working now and it is making me light headed and dizzy and nauseas. Waht else can I take? I do have an appt with my Dr. tommorow but I just wanted some suggestions. Thanks
