I Have Been Taking Alendronate 70 Mg Once A Week

I have been taking Alendronate 70 mg once a week for 4 months now and am starting to have jaw pain only on the right side and went to the dr to see if my neck or jaw was out of alinement and neither was, am I starting to have side effects from this medicine. I was given it because I have breast cancer. my bone scan came back average but they put me on it to be on the safe side. Hope you have an answer for me, thanks. Lois at YYYY@YYYY
