I Have Been Taking Amitriptiline 10 Mg For Migraine Preventative.

I have been taking Amitriptiline 10 mg for migraine preventative. Since beginning this medication ( 3 weeks) I have noticed the presence of what I believe to be bladder spasms/ feeling the urge to void a full bladder with little to no urine (50 cc or less). There are no other signs of a UTI, or cystitis. Is this a known side effect of this drug?
