I Have Been Taking Carvdilol For A Long Time. I

I have been taking Carvdilol for a long time. I am on 6.25mg twice a day I also take a blood pressure pill enalapril twice a day. My blood pressure was dropping so low at times that I had no energy I could hardly walk. I started taking one of each a day about 12 hours apart. My question is by cutting these pills to the one a day; what would be the symptoms and how long would it take? I also have COPD and after about two months I have having more problems breathing. Could this be congestive hart problems?
