I Have Been Taking Cortimax 24mg For Last 1 Week

I have been taking Cortimax 24mg for last 1 week for treatment of skin rashes/ allergies. Doctor prescribed me to take it for 10 days along with other anti allergic drugs. The skin rashes have subsided now. Should I stop the Cortimax or taper it down?
