I Have Been Taking Doxycyline Hyclate 50mg One Pill Per

I have been taking Doxycyline Hyclate 50mg one pill per day for six months for acne associated with rosachia, the doctor who gave me the drug didn't give me any time limit on using it. In the past few weeks I have noticed light colored stool and tenderness on my right side by my liver. Is their another drug I can switch to?
