I Have Been Taking Effexor For A While Now. It

I have been taking Effexor for a while now. It was great at first, but now not so much. I used to take Prozac and Welbutrin together. It did wonders for my depression. What would happen if I went from Effexor back to Prozac/Welbutrin? I have -$6.00 in my checking account. I cannot pay for this service. But I would like some answers, now. Do you know of a way I can get reliable information without having to pay for it right now?
