I Have Been Taking Effexor For About A Month. I

I have been taking Effexor for about a month. I was on Celexa before. Today my BP is 154/90 heart rate 93. I have some discomfort in my chest and a pain in the middle of my back. I feel sad. I take bp meds, which were also increased within the last month. I am a female age 52. I take Effexor for anxiety. Should I go to the ER?
